Finally, after decades of Democratic representation in the Tennessee state legislature, we are thrilled to announce that today we elected a Republican State Senator and State Representative!

Here are some unofficial numbers:

State House District 71

Vance Dennis (R) - 11,606 53%
Stan Wheeler (D) - 9,248 42.3%
Stephen Childers (I) - 1,029 4.7%


TN State Senatorial District 26

Dolores Gresham (R) - 37,043 53.7%
Randy Camp (D) - 31,919 46.3%
