Today our goal is to introduce 100,000 new friends to Gov. Huckabee using the internet. Here's what Gov. Huckabee had to say about it yesterday: "We hope to educate voters about our campaign, counter misinformation being circulated by rival campaigns and build our base of support nationally. While other campaigns spend hundreds of thousands of dollars micro-targeting voters with canned messages, starting at midnight tonight we'll focus on what has worked for us: friends telling friends about our campaign. Friend to friend conversations was the secret to our success in Ames and it will be the best way to build our momentum heading into next year."
Here's how it works: Visit the Build Our Base section of the Huckabee website.Choose the type of email you would like to send (you can preview messages). Add the email addresses of people you would like to send the message to. Add your personal message and hit send. It will take just a minute, but can be very effective! A ticker on the front page of the website will be tracking our progress.
Gov. Huckabee's campaign continues to experience an amazing surge. Yesterday was the best day yet for the campaign website -- over 6,000 new email signups, 700 first time contributors and over 100 new Rangers! Let's keep the momentum building by sending all of our friends to check it out for themselves!
